Huisregels

1.1 By visiting Saré Wellness, you agree to these house rules. 1.2 Always follow the instructions of our staff. They are authorised to remind you of the house rules and may refuse entry or end your visit. 1.3 In the event of a breach of the house rules, access to Saré Wellness may be refused or ended, without any right to a refund.

2.1 Saré Wellness is accessible to guests aged 10 and older. 2.2 Children are only welcome when accompanied by an adult and must behave calmly. 2.3 In case of doubt, we may ask for valid identification.

3.1 Always shower before using our baths, saunas or steam rooms. 3.2 In every sauna, sit fully on a large towel so that your body does not come into contact with the wood. 3.3 Wearing bath slippers is mandatory for reasons of hygiene and safety. 3.4 Bringing water bottles or other refreshments into the saunas is not permitted.

4.1 Saré Wellness does not have swimwear days. Wearing swimwear is therefore not permitted anywhere within the wellness facilities. 4.2 In our relaxation areas and the restaurant, you wear a bathrobe. 4.3 On the outdoor terrace, we ask you to wear a bathrobe or wrap yourself in a towel.

5.1 Our guests' privacy comes first. 5.2 From the moment you enter the changing rooms, bringing along or using mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, cameras and other digital or electronic devices is not permitted. 5.3 Taking photos, videos, sound recordings or livestreams is not permitted anywhere within the wellness facilities. 5.4 Phone calls are only permitted at the reception. Within the wellness facilities, we ask you to maintain complete quiet.

6.1 Saré Wellness is a place for rest and relaxation. We ask you to be considerate of other guests' peace and quiet. 6.2 Keep conversations at a quiet volume and limit them where possible. In the silence and relaxation rooms, we ask you to observe complete silence. 6.3 Disruptive, loud, aggressive or offensive behaviour is not permitted. 6.4 Always treat fellow guests, staff and our facilities with respect. 6.5 Any form of wanted or unwanted intimacy is explicitly prohibited within Saré Wellness. 6.6 In the event of inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to end access immediately and, if necessary, take further action.

7.1 Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. Do you have a dietary requirement or food allergy? Please contact us in advance. 7.2 Alcohol consumption must remain limited. We may refuse entry to, or remove, guests who are under the influence or causing a nuisance. 7.3 The use of drugs or other narcotic substances is not permitted. 7.4 Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas. 7.5 Reserving or occupying sun loungers or chairs for an extended period without using them is not permitted. 7.6 When you leave the Saré Wellness premises, access to the wellness facilities lapses.

8.1 Our wellness facilities feature changes in level, wet floors, warm rooms and other elements that require extra caution. 8.2 Are you less mobile, visually impaired, blind, or do you have a physical disability that may mean you need extra support? Please contact us in advance. We are happy to discuss together whether and how we can make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible. 8.3 If you rely on a companion during your visit, they must remain present throughout your entire visit. 8.4 In the case of pregnancy, medical conditions, or any doubt about using our facilities or treatments, we advise you to consult a doctor beforehand.

9.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right to amend these house rules. 9.2 The most up-to-date version of the house rules is always available at www.sare.nl.
