Algemene voorwaarden

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, treatments, arrangements, gift cards, bathing cards, products and other services of Saré Wellness. 1.2 By making a reservation or using the services and facilities of Saré Wellness, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 The applicable house rules also apply to every visit. 1.4 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Saré Wellness.

2.1 We kindly ask you to adhere as closely as possible to your chosen arrival and departure times. 2.2 In the event of significant delays or high occupancy, Saré Wellness reserves the right to fully or partially cancel a reservation. 2.3 If you arrive late or fail to show up for your reservation, this may result in consequences and/or costs. 2.4 Saré Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if there is a valid reason to do so, including for reasons of safety, abuse, or previous violations of the house rules.

3.1 All stated rates, prices, arrangements and promotions are subject to price changes, printing errors and obvious mistakes. 3.2 Price changes are reserved at all times. 3.3 No rights can be derived from temporary promotions, offers or campaigns after they have ended.

4.1 Saré Wellness is accessible to guests aged 10 and over. 4.2 Children are only welcome when accompanied by an adult and must behave calmly and observe the house rules. 4.3 The minimum age for treatments is likewise 10 years. 4.4 Saré Wellness may request valid proof of identity in case of doubt. 4.5 You are personally responsible for assessing whether participation in sauna, wellness and treatment activities is medically appropriate for you. 4.6 If you need to use medical equipment or electronic aids during your visit, please discuss this with Saré Wellness in advance. 4.7 Bringing or using digital or electronic devices within the wellness facilities from the moment of entering the changing rooms is only permitted with the prior consent of Saré Wellness. 4.8 Digital or electronic devices include, among other things: mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, cameras and other devices with a camera, recording, communication or internet function. 4.9 Saré Wellness reserves the right to have such devices stored and to refuse access to, or end the visit of, visitors who fail to comply, without any right to a refund. 4.10 If you depend on assistance or specific facilities due to a physical disability, reduced mobility or another circumstance, we kindly ask you to contact Saré Wellness in advance. We are happy to assess together with you whether we can facilitate your visit in a safe and responsible manner.

5.1 Treatments 5.1.1 In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment, no costs will be charged. 5.1.2 In the event of cancellation between 2 and 24 hours before the start of the treatment, 50% of the treatment amount will be charged. 5.1.3 In the event of cancellation within 2 hours before the start of the treatment, or in the event of a no-show, the full treatment amount will be charged. 5.2 Arrangements 5.2.1 In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the arrangement, no costs will be charged. 5.2.2 In the event of cancellation between 4 and 48 hours before the start of the arrangement, 50% of the arrangement rate will be charged. 5.2.3 In the event of cancellation within 4 hours before the start of the arrangement, or in the event of a no-show, the full arrangement rate will be charged.

6.1 Gift cards are valid for up to two years from the date of issue. 6.2 Gift cards can only be extended before their expiry date. 6.3 Gift cards that expired less than five years ago can be reactivated upon payment of € 15,- in administration costs. 6.4 Gift cards that expired more than five years ago can no longer be redeemed. 6.5 Gift cards are treated as bearer instruments. In the event of loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use, no refund or replacement will be given. 6.6 Saré Wellness reserves the right to withdraw a gift card in the event of fraud, misuse or other special circumstances. Depending on the cause, any remaining balance may be paid out in full or in part.

7.1 Bathing cards are valid for up to one year from the date of issue. 7.2 Bathing cards cannot be extended in order to retain their original discount value. 7.3 Expired bathing cards may only be used against a supplementary payment up to the sauna rate applicable at that time. 7.4 Bathing cards are treated as bearer instruments. In the event of loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use, no refund or replacement will be given. 7.5 Saré Wellness reserves the right to withdraw a bathing card in the event of fraud, misuse or other special circumstances. Depending on the cause, any remaining balance may be paid out in full or in part.

8.1 Payment for reservations, treatments, arrangements, products and other services is made in the manner offered by Saré Wellness. 8.2 Saré Wellness reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment for reservations. 8.3 If an amount due is not paid on time, Saré Wellness reserves the right to cancel the reservation or suspend the performance of the agreement until the payment obligation has been met.

9.1 Saré Wellness does everything possible to make your stay as safe and pleasant as possible. However, the use of all facilities is at all times at your own responsibility. 9.2 We advise you to store valuable belongings in a locker. Saré Wellness is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. 9.3 Saré Wellness is not liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from failure to observe the house rules, failure to follow staff instructions, or improper use of the facilities. 9.4 If one or more facilities are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults or other unforeseen circumstances, this does not give rise to any right to a refund or compensation. 9.5 When using the locker system, you are responsible for returning the key. In the event of loss or damage of the key, € 15,- will be charged. 9.6 Parking of cars, bicycles and other vehicles is at your own risk. Saré Wellness is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of vehicles or belongings therein. 9.7 Any liability of Saré Wellness is limited to what cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

10.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right at all times to refuse access to, or end the visit of, visitors who fail to observe these terms and conditions, the house rules or staff instructions. 10.2 In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or house rules, access may be terminated immediately, without any right to a refund of entrance fees, treatments, arrangements, gift cards, bathing cards or other services already used. 10.3 Saré Wellness reserves the right to deny a visitor access to the wellness facility for a fixed or indefinite period in the event of repeated or serious violations.

11.1 Saré Wellness is not liable for the failure, or failure in time, to perform its services as a result of force majeure. 11.2 Force majeure includes, among other things: technical faults, fire, power outages, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government measures, staff illness, supplier disruptions and other circumstances over which Saré Wellness cannot reasonably exercise any influence. 11.3 In the event of force majeure, Saré Wellness reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel reservations.

12.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. 12.2 The most current version of the terms and conditions is always available via www.sare.nl.

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 13.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.

14.1 If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions prove to be wholly or partially null and void or voidable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. 14.2 Saré Wellness will replace the provision in question with a provision that most closely approximates the original intent.
